Microbrewey opening in Tsitsikamma

On my recent visit to Stormsriver in Tsitsikamma, I was quite excited to find what promises to be a new gem in the area. Taking over a small space inside the Marilyn’s 60s Diner is the Tsitsikamma Micro Brewey, a small brewery that will start to brew its own very soon, but for now is offering up other craft beers for tasting and purchase.

The natural wooden decor and simple seating is fun and comfy, while the wood-burning stove keeps the atmosphere nice and cosy inside on what was a rather chilly day outside. The microbrewery leads off the main area of Marilyn’s 60s Diner and promises to be something really exciting to do over December.

I love the fact that they’re supporting other crafters until they actually get up to speed with their own beers and this definitely ups the Tsitsikamma game quite a bit. Sadly, it was a little early in the morning to gulp down beers when I visited, but if you get the chance to go, let me know!
